General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

 1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of products made through the website of **Eruditio - Sensuum sprl** (hereinafter the "Company") to professional clients (doctors, surgeons, veterinarians, clinics, medical universities, hospitals). Acceptance of these GTC is an unconditional prerequisite for any purchase.


2. Products

The products offered for sale by the Company are surgical sutures. The Company reserves the right to modify the range of products offered at any time.


3. Orders

Orders can be placed directly on the Company's site. Each order implies the unconditional acceptance of these GTC.


4. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros, excluding VAT. Payment is due in full at the time of the order and is to be made exclusively by credit card through the secure payment system Stripe.


5. Delivery

Deliveries are charged at 20 euros but are free for any order exceeding 150 euros excluding VAT. The Company delivers exclusively in the Benelux and France. Delivery times are indicative.


6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation applicable to sales between professionals, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed by professional clients, unless otherwise specifically agreed with the Company.


7. Guarantees and Liability

The Company undertakes to supply products in compliance with current standards. In the event of proven non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned to the Company, which will replace or refund it, as applicable.


8. Disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall be subject to Belgian law and shall be exclusively submitted to the courts of Nivelles.


9. Protection of Personal Data

The Company commits to respect the confidentiality of personal data provided by clients in compliance with applicable regulation, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. Mention of trademarks does not imply that these products are affiliated or endorsed by Eruditio - Sensuum sprl or Akomed - Jost.
